Cooking Events

Cook for the woman you are.
And the woman you want to become.

At IDUNN, every class takes one fascinating part of women’s health and turns it into a delicious evening in the kitchen.

You’ll cook a beautiful three-course meal, discover what your body actually needs, and sit down around a table to enjoy it with other women.
