Often asked questions
Seats are AED 850 to 1,100 depending on the class. That is everything: three courses, drinks throughout, your apron and all materials, your own station, and the recipe booklet afterwards. There is nothing to add at the end of the evening.
Yes, and most women do. Stations are assigned when you arrive so nobody has to work out where to stand or who to talk to. By the second course the room sorts itself out.
No. The chef keeps the whole menu in her head and guides each dish step by step, so the food works whether you cook every night or barely at all. If you are experienced, she will give you the harder jobs.
Evening classes run three hours, daytime classes two. Both include cooking, eating everything you made at one long table, and someone else doing the washing up.
Tell us when you book and the menu is adjusted for you. Vegetarian versions of every class are available, and we work around allergies as long as we know in advance.
Cancel at least 48 hours before and your seat becomes credit toward a future event. Inside 48 hours the food has already been bought, so the seat cannot be moved — but you are welcome to send a friend in your place.
Yes. Private kitchens run for 8 to 20 guests with two weeks’ notice, with a per-seat discount that grows with the size of the group. The Private Events page has the detail.
At the Els Club in Victory Heights, Dubai, in a real working kitchen with professional equipment. Parking is on site and the exact entrance is sent with your booking confirmation.
Open classes are, yes. Private bookings are whoever you want them to be.
